Steven McClurg has considerable traditional finance and Fintech experience, ranging from insurtech and payments to blockchain.

Previously, Mr. McClurg was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, where he was a portfolio manager and responsible for portfolio construction and strategy for fixed income and private equity. Most recently, Mr. McClurg founded Theseus Capital, a blockchain-powered asset management platform which was acquired by a merchant bank, Galaxy Digital, where he continued as Managing Director, building their asset management and public funds businesses. He also co-founded payments company, Paydrop. He also has experience in leadership roles in technology companies such as Electronic Arts and Crowdfunder. Mr. McClurg holds a Master of Science and an MBA from Pepperdine University, where he has served as an adjunct professor.

Chris Fuller serves as President of Transcard, an integrated global technology and payments company providing an omni-channel pay-in/pay-out bank grade platform. The company believes in simplifying the movement of money and information using secure, smart technology, making it easier for customers to do business, how and when they need it. Fuller’s role is to oversee the overall strategic direction and further expanding corporate partners and relationships by providing Transcard’s technology for faster, more efficient payments.

In 2019, Fuller has co-founded two new businesses: Prysym, a global payment technologies company for the European market providing a global in/out API bank grade platform; and Tralia Health providing small businesses and individuals with alternative offerings for health benefits. He was formerly with U.S. Xpress, a leading transportation and logistics company in the United States, as Vice President and General Manager.
